A New Chapter: Launching Africa International Foundation to Drive Sustainable Impact

I am thrilled to share an exciting new chapter in my journey with you all. After more than a decade at Intel, where I had the privilege of driving innovation, operational excellence, and industry-leading advancements, I have transitioned into a new phase—one that is deeply personal and purpose-driven.
I am proud to announce the official launch of Africa International Foundation (AIF), a nonprofit organization dedicated to fostering sustainable well-being and economic development across Africa. This initiative is the culmination of my lifelong commitment to creating lasting impact through technology, leadership, and community-driven solutions.
Why Africa International Foundation?
My journey—from growing up in a family that mainly survived on a small farm in Zambia to pioneering engineering solutions at Intel—has shaped my understanding of how strategic investment, education, and innovation can transform lives. With AIF, my goal is to leverage my expertise in AI, sustainability, and business development to empower communities, drive equitable economic growth, and build a future where opportunity is accessible to all.
Key Initiatives of AIF:
Early Childhood Development & Healthcare: We have secured a seven-hectare parcel in Zambia to establish an integrated education and healthcare center that will support maternal health, early childhood learning, and nutritional programs.
Sustainable Economic Growth: AIF is developing partnerships with governments, NGOs, and private sector leaders to promote renewable energy, education, and entrepreneurial development across the region.
Technology-Driven Solutions: By integrating AI and digital tools, we aim to create scalable, efficient, and data-driven programs that enhance social and economic resilience.
A Personal Journey of Purpose
This transition has been a strategic and heartfelt decision. Leaving Intel was not an end, but a beginning—a shift towards using my skills and leadership to build something meaningful beyond corporate walls.
Through AIF, I will continue to apply the same principles of innovation, strategic growth, and impact-driven execution that I championed throughout my career.
